- Does ReziVN act as a real estate agency?
- No. ReziVN is a technology platform, not a real estate agency. Agents remain responsible for their own clients, services, commissions, agreements, and relationships with property owners and renters.
- Do agents get a dashboard to manage their listings?
- Yes. Your dashboard lets you create and manage listings, see their status, and keep track of your activity on ReziVN.
- Can I see how my listings are performing?
- Yes. ReziVN provides listing analytics that help you understand how people are engaging with your properties, including views, shares, and activity from shared listing links.
- Can I share my ReziVN listings with clients?
- Yes. Listings have simple sharing tools that make it easy to send a property to clients, friends, or prospective renters. You can copy a link or share through supported apps and services.
- Does ReziVN take part of my commission?
- No. ReziVN does not collect or process agent commissions. Any commission or service arrangement between an agent, property owner, or renter takes place independently of ReziVN.
- Can more than one agent list the same property?
- ReziVN is designed to avoid duplicate listings for the same property or unit. If a property is already represented on ReziVN, ownership verification can help establish who controls the property and which agent is authorized to represent it.

- Does ReziVN manage my property for me?
- No. ReziVN provides technology for rental listings and related workflows, but ReziVN is not a property-management company or real estate agency. You remain in control of your property and any relationships you have with agents and renters.
- How does property verification work?
- Owners can submit information and supporting documentation to establish their connection to a property. ReziVN reviews the information as part of the verification process. Verification helps prevent unauthorized claims and provides additional trust around listings.
- Can an agent list my property?
- Yes. ReziVN is designed to support units represented by rental agents. Unit verification helps establish the relationship between the owner, property, and agent.
- What happens if I find my property already listed on ReziVN?
- You can begin the property-claim process to establish that you are the owner. ReziVN can then use the verified ownership information to resolve how the property is represented on the platform.
- Does ReziVN collect rent from renters?
- No. ReziVN currently does not collect or process rent payments. Payment arrangements are handled directly between the appropriate parties outside of ReziVN.
- Does ReziVN charge or collect agent commissions?
- No. ReziVN does not collect agent commissions. Any commission agreement between you and an agent is handled independently of the platform.

- Not necessarily. ReziVN can display verification and other trust information when a property's ownership has been confirmed. Look for the verification information shown on individual listings rather than assuming every property has been verified.
- Can I save listings?
- Yes. You can save properties you're interested in and return to them later from your account.
- Can I share a listing with someone else?
- Yes. ReziVN makes it easy to copy and share listing links, so you can send properties to friends, family, roommates, or anyone helping with your search.
- How do I contact someone about a property?
- Use the contact option on the listing to send an inquiry. ReziVN routes the inquiry to the appropriate agent or property representative associated with that listing.
- Do I pay rent through ReziVN?
- No. ReziVN currently does not process rental payments. Payment arrangements are made directly with the appropriate agent, owner, or property representative.
- Is ReziVN my real estate agent?
- No. ReziVN is a technology platform that helps you discover rental properties and connect with the people representing them. ReziVN does not act as your real estate agent or represent you in a rental transaction.
