Information Rezi collects

• Account and profile information such as name, email, phone number, role, and profile details.
• Property and listing information including addresses, unit/building/floor details, photos, pricing, amenities, availability, and related metadata.
• Verification information including identity status and results, agent license information and documents, property ownership information, ownership documents such as pink books, and administrative review decisions. These documents may contain sensitive personal information and are private; they are not public listing content.
• Lease and rental information such as lease details, renter/owner/agent relationships, signatures where implemented, invoices, and payment records where implemented.
• Technical and usage information such as browser/device information, IP and security information, application activity, logs, and basic operational analytics where enabled.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts and dashboards, create and display listings, connect renters, owners, and agents, verify identity, agent status, and property ownership, prevent fraud and abuse, manage rental workflows, send transactional emails and invitations, provide support, improve security and reliability, and meet legal requirements.

Providers and sharing

Rezi does not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help host the application, store files, send transactional email, provide mapping/geocoding, or support verification. Rezi currently uses Didit for identity verification, ImageKit for image and private document storage, Resend for transactional email, and Mapbox services where mapping is used. These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy practices. Information may also be shared when required for safety or law, or when you intentionally share it with participants in a rental workflow. Private identity, license, and ownership documents are not public listing content.

Retention and security

We keep account information while your account is active and retain verification records, documents, lease/payment records, and audit information as needed for verification, fraud prevention, operations, legal compliance, and legitimate audit purposes. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it where practical. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and storage

Rezi uses necessary authentication and session cookies and security-related storage required to operate the application. We do not use advertising cookies as part of the current application.
